Stainless Steel

Our standard finish. Mirror polished stainless with a bright end cap — the hardest-wearing of the five, and covered by the purchaser’s lifetime warranty.

Blueflame titanium motorcycle exhaust silencer

Titanium

Lighter than stainless, with a warm natural tone. Also covered by the lifetime warranty.

Coloured Titanium

Heat-anodised titanium — blue, gold and purple shades that shift along the sleeve. No two come out identical.

A satin black ceramic coating over stainless, with the end cap left bright for contrast.

Which exhaust fits my motorcycle?

What finishes can I choose from?

Stainless steel, titanium, coloured titanium, ceramic coated black and carbon. Outlet styles include Single Port, Twin Port, Carbon Tip and Tri Oval, so you can match the look and the sound you want.

Will I need a remap after fitting?

No remap is required. We do recommend a dyno test to get the best from the system, but the exhaust is built to work with your bike as standard.

How long will my order take?

Most systems are built in two to three working days, as every one is made to order rather than picked off a shelf. Free UK delivery is included on every order.

Can I hear it before I buy?

Yes. Product pages carry reference recordings for each outlet configuration, so you can compare tone and volume across single, twin, carbon tip and tri oval before choosing.

Blueflame Performance manufactures aftermarket exhaust silencers at our workshop in Hixon, Staffordshire, using 304 grade stainless steel and UK-sourced materials. Each silencer is finished to your choice of stainless steel, satin black, titanium, coloured titanium or carbon.

Most applications are a direct slip-on replacement for the original silencer, and none require an ECU remap; where the original system needs modification, this is stated in the fitting information for that motorcycle.
