Our KTM range is built around three families: the Duke naked bikes, the RC sports bikes and the Adventure range.

Duke and RC applications are offered across two generations each — the 125 Duke, 250 Duke and 390 Duke in 2017–2020 and 2021–2023 form, and the RC 125, RC 250 and RC 390 likewise. That reflects how closely KTM’s small-capacity platforms are related, and why the model year matters as much as the model name.

The Adventure range covers the 790 Adventure 2019–2025, the 990 Adventure 2006–2014 — supplied as a pair — the 1190 Adventure 2013–2018, and the 1290 Super Adventure 2015–2020 in standard, R and S forms.

Every Blueflame exhaust is engineered for the motorcycle and model years shown, with the required fitting components supplied. Most applications are a direct slip-on replacement; where the original system needs modification, this is stated in the fitting information for that motorcycle.

Twin Port silencers give four sound configurations, from road-friendly to fully open. Single Port models give two. You change it yourself in minutes with a circlip plier.

Most applications are a direct slip-on replacement for the original silencer, and none require an ECU remap; where the original system needs modification, this is stated in the fitting information for that motorcycle.
