Blueflame Exhausts for Aprilia Motorcycles

Our Aprilia range covers the V-twin and V4 sports and naked bikes the marque is known for, alongside two lightweight singles. Current applications include the RSV1000 Mille, RSV 1000 R and RSV 1000 R Factory, the RSV4 R, RSV4 Factory and RSV4 1100, and the Tuono family — from the early RSV Tuono through the Tuono 1000R Factory, Tuono V4 R APRC, and the Tuono V4 1100 RR and Factory. The SL1000 Falco, RX 125 and SX 125 complete the range.

Aprilia fitment changes considerably between generations — the RSV4 alone has separate 2009–2014 and 2015–2016 applications — so select by model and production year rather than by capacity. The SL1000 Falco is supplied as a matched pair of silencers; every other Aprilia application is a single-silencer fitment.

Each Blueflame silencer is built to order at our workshop in Hixon, Staffordshire.

Model-Specific Fitment

Every Blueflame exhaust is engineered for the motorcycle and model years shown, with the required fitting components supplied. Most applications are a direct slip-on replacement; where the original system needs modification, this is stated in the fitting information for that motorcycle.

🎧

Choose Your Sound

Twin Port silencers give four sound configurations, from road-friendly to fully open. Single Port models give two. You change it yourself in minutes with a circlip plier.

⚖️

Lighter Than OEM

Blueflame silencers typically weigh 2–2.8 kg, a significant saving over many original systems. Taking weight off the back of the bike is one of the simplest gains from replacing a bulky OEM silencer.

💻

No Remap Required

Your bike runs with a Blueflame silencer without an ECU remap. A dyno test is worth doing for best performance, but it is not needed to fit and ride.

🛡️

Lifetime Warranty

All stainless steel and titanium systems carry a purchaser’s lifetime warranty against corrosion and manufacturing defects.

🇬🇧

Made in England

Every silencer is CNC-machined and hand-finished at our workshop in Hixon, Staffordshire, using UK materials and UK labour.
