Baffle kits and DB killers
A baffle drops the note and takes the edge off the top end. Which kit you need depends on the silencer you have, not the bike — so check the outlet first.
Which kit fits my silencer?
- Twin Port EVO — two outlets, a large spout sitting above a smaller spout. Takes the Twin Port kit.
- Single Port EVO — one round outlet. Takes the Single Port kit.
- Carbon Tip EVO — carbon end cap. Takes the Carbon Tip kit.
- Twin EVO — bottom bung only — the Bottom Bung Kit is the one you want.

Common questions
Which baffle kit do I need?
It depends on your silencer, not your bike. Twin Port EVO has a large spout above a smaller one and takes the Twin Port kit. Single Port EVO has one round outlet. Carbon Tip EVO has a carbon end cap. Twin EVO takes the bottom bung kit.
Will a baffle make it quiet?
It drops the note and takes the edge off the top end. It is not a silencer delete in reverse, and it will still sound like an aftermarket exhaust.
Which body band fits my silencer?
Match the shape: oval, tall oval, or P-shape. If you are replacing a worn band, the rubber-only strap is the cheaper option.

Can I fit these myself?
Baffle kits and body bands are straightforward with basic tools. If you would rather we did it, fitting at our workshop in Hixon is free.
