In the unlikely event you require a refund
We are happy to refund goods that prove to be unsuitable or faulty can be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 14 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:
- Please contact us first by phone or email for all returns.
- Please return the items to us with proof of delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered.
- Items returned should be unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
- Please enclose a copy of your invoice, and contact details.
- Blueflame cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
- Blueflame cannot accept responsibility for the return postage costs, unless the item was faulty and prior authorisation has been given to cover reasonable postage costs.
- If the Item is being returned due to a change of mind, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price, (to cover inspection and cleaning costs)
