This generation refreshed Kawasaki’s long-running 249cc parallel twin with sharper Ninja styling borrowed from the larger models, keeping the high-revving character that made the bike popular with newer riders and track-day regulars. Light weight and an eager top end reward being ridden briskly. On a small revvy twin the silencer changes how the bike feels more than the capacity suggests. Each Ninja 250 silencer is made to order in Staffordshire, TIG welded and finished by hand.
