The K 1200 R was, at launch, the most powerful naked bike in production, using a 1157cc transverse inline-four making around 163hp with BMW’s Duolever front end. Startlingly fast and unlike anything else on the road. Each K 1200 R silencer is made to order in Staffordshire, TIG welded and finished by hand.
