About This Kit
The Carbon Tip baffle kit is for the Carbon Tip EVO silencer, the one with a carbon end cap. It drops the note and takes the edge off the top end.

How it changes the sound
A baffle is the simplest way to change how a Blueflame exhaust sounds. Blueflame exhausts are supplied in the Standard configuration, the quietest setting, with the baffle fitted. With the baffle in, the exhaust is significantly quieter and gives a more refined exhaust note than with it removed; take it out for a louder configuration. Carbon Tip silencers have two configurations: baffle in or out.
Fitting
Fitting is straightforward with basic tools. The baffle is held by a circlip, so a circlip plier is what you need, and it can be changed in minutes. If you would rather we did it, fitting at our workshop in Hixon is free.
Fit
This kit only fits Blueflame exhausts. Which kit you need depends on the silencer you have, not the bike, so check the outlet before you order (see the questions below). If you are not sure, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you.
Common Questions
Which baffle kit do I need?
It depends on the silencer you have, not the bike, so check the outlet first. Twin Port EVO has two outlets, a large spout sitting above a smaller one, and takes the Twin Port kit. Single Port EVO has one round outlet and takes the Single Port kit. Carbon Tip EVO has a carbon end cap and takes the Carbon Tip kit. Twin EVO with a bottom bung only takes the Bottom Bung Kit. Will a baffle make it quiet?
It drops the note and takes the edge off the top end. It will still sound like an aftermarket exhaust.
Can I fit it myself?
Baffle kits and body bands are straightforward with basic tools. If you would rather we did it, fitting at our workshop in Hixon is free.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. If you would like it sooner, choose DPD Next Day Delivery at checkout for an extra £5.00.
